Andrew Goodall - Head of Care
It is the head of care responsibility to ensure that the students ar being provided the highest level of learning with the highest level of care provided for them. What is also expected from Mr Goodall is to report back to the college how the students are responding to their education and to offer suggestion to how to improve the quality of learning.
Rob Haywood - Care lecturer
Rob is responsible for delievering lectures and assessing the students so they can learn and develop their potentional. Mr Haywood is also expected to motivate the students and engage with them to provide their maximal capability
Care staffs
Essentially the care staffs have a lesser but similar role as Mr Haywood in providing care for the students.
Security guards-
Important to the college, keeping the students belongings safe but most of all if there is any problem that requires urgent assistance, they are first aid trained and they are very quick to respond.
