What is expected of me:

1. To deliever lectures comprising of simple and intellectual terms to enable a better reading and understanding for the special needs students

2. To deliever physical activity as part of promoting fitness and keeping them active.

3. To build up their porfolio which is to be marked by Andrew Goodall- Head Of Care Department in April.

I hope to deliever as much as I can into enabling the students have success.

I will need to address the disadvantages which are:

1. Students HAVE NOT participated in any fitness activity whatsover in their life (Average age: 17)

2. Wheelchair users are disabled to reach their full extent compared to an average student.

3. It will be essential to have a crash-course (intenstive) teaching to enable them to be educated.

4. Communication may break down which will be extremely difficult to provide and deliever a high care for them.

5. Most of them are very un-motivated and have a extremely low self esteem, it will be an challenge to improve their outlook but it is a challenge I am relishing.
